It's a Boy!

I had my 20 week ultrasound today and everything looked great. As you can see from the title we are having a little boy, now known as Jacob Scott Medici. Dave and I are so excited and can not wait to see the little one. Dave seems to think that he is starting a soccer team now. I got a call from him as soon as I got home from my appointment. He will now have someone to camp, fish and hike with in the future, that means I am off the hook! Our little one will be a pro at putting the toilet seat down and opening the door for the ladies. Here are a few photos from todays visit.

18 weeks.....

Today some of my friends came over and took baby belly photos for me. I had to take a picture with my favorite food (pickles). This is really hard for me cause I just feel fat. Hope all you people that needed to see my fat stomach enjoy. I am 18 weeks and 3 days in these photos.

Surface Warfare Supply Corps Officer pin

Dave just received his Surface Warfare Supply Corps Officer qualification. This qualification is based on his general knowledge of the ship, naval warfare, the supply/logistics chain and the integration of all. While the qualification doesn’t make him an expert in any one area besides supply, he has shown a broad understanding of the combat systems, weapons, engineering and navigation of USS STETHEM and other ships in the Navy. This is the first step in his career (no matter how long or short) in the Supply Corps. Congrats and I am so proud of you!
